Language Guide (Picture dictionary)

Language Guide is a great website to learn vocabulary, not only in English, but also in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, etc (you can see the index here). The good point of this pictorial dictionary is that you can listen to the pronunciation of the words and you can test yourself by clicking on OPTIONS / LISTENING QUIZ:

In this website, you can listen to lots of conversatios in different levels, with exercises. On the left, you can find a new section with videos on culture topics. You can also have a look at the script to improve your pronunciation.

A community to learn languages.

www.busuu.com is a big free community to learn languages. You choose the languages you want to learn and the level, and you the course has many units with vocabulary, dialogues, reading, tests and writing. You are corrected by native speakers, but you can also correct other students of your native language! There is the possibility to talk to other students. You have more possibilities if you pay the Premium account, but the free option is quite good. Try it!
